For your accommodation enquiries and bookings, please use the form below. If your requested date of arrival is within 24 hours of this enquiry, please phone the hostel instead as there may not be sufficient time to complete the booking procedure via email.
Also, please note that we take bookings no more than two months in advance.
Luggage storage is available on request for those leaving on a later bus/flight, or for returning guests not wanting to take all their luggage with them.

Payment policy: Once availability is confirmed, your credit card details will be required to secure a reservation. Payment in full is due upon arrival and can be made in cash or by card (Visa, Mastercard, eftpos).
For those preferring secure credit card booking facilities, please use the BBH booking system.
Sole occupiers of double/twin rooms can expect to be charged the double/twin room rate.
BBH member prices are not guaranteed if booking is made through an agent.
Christmas and New Year bookings: We have a minimum stay of TWO nights over Christmas and New Year. Your booking needs to include the nights of 24th & 25th December for Christmas, and 31st December & 1st January for New Year. Our reception will remain closed for check-ins and check-outs on Christmas Day (25th Dec.) and New Year's Day (1st Jan).
Cancellation policy: Should you change dates or cancel a confirmed booking, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required so that we can attempt to re-sell the accommodation. If less or no notice is given and we fail to fill the vacancy, one night's tariff is payable. For Christmas and New Year bookings, the minimum notice period is 72 hours.
